Why White Glove?

We started White Glove Pet Care because of a special client who was doing his best for his senior dog and young family. His wife had just given birth to their first child, and we had been managing their large-breed dog's mobility and continence issues for months. When the family planned a trip to their lake property, they had no one to care for their senior dog, who was comfortable at home but didn't have long to live.

Despite searching high and low, there were no suitable options. Their dog needed familiar surroundings and gentle care, not strangers or a sterile hospital stay. The only choices seemed to be full hospitalization for two nights or euthanasia to prevent any suffering while they were away. It wasn’t time to say goodbye yet, but my client had no other choice but to pay for hospitalization, a decision that broke their hearts.

The experience left me thinking: We can do better. That’s why we started White Glove Pet Care. To provide the compassionate, personalized care that pets deserve, right in the comfort of their own homes.
